As well as the main church we have two other rooms available for hire: a large upstairs lounge and a smaller downstairs lounge, both carpeted. We also have a modern fitted kitchen; ladies, gents and disabled access toilets; and baby changing facilities.

flexible hall hire for all occasions

Cottenham Baptist church offers flexible hall hire which can seat up to 60 people in different set ups.

Cafe style - suitable for quiz nights, parties, board games, small celebrations and many other events. With 7-8 tables each seating 4-6 people, we suggest a capacity of 25-40 people.
Conference style - with a projector and screen available, this set up would suit smaller training days and off site meetings. Seating 25 to 30 people, with a small break out room available for small group work.
Seminar style - with a projector and screen available, this would be perfect for training events, lectures, acoustic music nights and many other occasions. Seating up to 60, with a small break out space available.

We also have a second hall available which can be hired in concert with the larger space for greater flexibility.

A fully equipped kitchen is available, included in the basic hire rate.

Please note that the hirer is responsible for arranging the hall/s to suit their purposes and restoring to the original set up after use.

Hire rates: Our current hire rate is £15 for the first hour and £10 for subsequent hours for each hall.
